Depending on how many people your party will consist of, we can accommodate 7 very comfortably; up to 9 in a pinch. You can rent the entire upstairs (which sleeps 5) in the Kahili Master Suite, Hina's Bed Chamber, the Maile Room, living room/dining area, full kitchen cooking privileges, and 500 sq.ft. lanai. A generous welcome basket filled with local fruit and yummy Kauai products is provided.
Rate for Upstairs: $275 per night plus a one-time $125 cleaning fee +tax.Because of the antiques, glass tables, mirrors and elevated balconies, the upstairs is suitable ONLY for adults.
For both up and downstairs, the price is $450 + tax + a onetime $200 cleaning fee. The downstairs also has a full kitchen and a welcome basket is provided. Guests 12 and up welcome in downstairs unit only.
