General Rental Policies:

• Rates range from $75 to $175 per night
• A 50% deposit is required to hold the room
• A one-time cleaning fee of $45 applies only to Laka’s Garden
• Continental Breakfast served to all guests; kitchen available ONLY in Laka’s Garden
• All rooms and house are NON-SMOKING
• Room rates are subject to Hawaii State tax of 11.41%
• Home is not suitable for children under 12 years of age
• Rates and availability subject to change without notice

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• We accept personal checks, VISA, and MasterCard.
• There is a $50 cancellation fee for notice given at least 30 days prior to arrival date and the remaining deposit amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit amount equal to deposit.
